New Amenity Along with Other Services Enhances the Customer Shopping Experience

ATLANTA (December 15, 2014) – Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza, iconic shopping destinations located in the heart of Buckhead and owned by Simon, are pleased to announce the launch of its new personal shopper service. Focused on enhancing the customer shopping experience, this personalized amenity is available just in time for holiday shopping and can be enjoyed by anyone.

“Our goal is for each customer to enjoy a quality, convenient shopping experience at Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza,” said Leslie Bland, director of marketing and business development at Phipps Plaza. “The personal shopper program is a fantastic amenity for those looking to save time or just enjoy a customized shopping visit.”

During the initial complimentary engagement, the personal shopper will work with customers through style assessments conducted by phone or in person.

Following the preliminary consultation, customers can choose to use this amenity in one of two ways. The personal shopper can function like a concierge service and shop on the customer’s behalf, or they can escort the customer on a custom shopping tour of Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza.

To enjoy the personal shopper service at either or both properties, call the Lenox Square mall management office at 404.233.7575 or the Phipps Plaza mall management office at 404.261.7910.

Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza also offer several other amenities and services including free WiFi, charging stations, complimentary coat and package check, complimentary wheelchairs and text ahead pick-up for valet – all in an effort to make each shopping experience more convenient and enjoyable.
